Internal Communication
If we take a look at the way in which organizations handle Communication we see that there is a difference between wat is communicated externally and employees experience. Too much difference between these two ‘faces’ will frustrate corporate policies and might cause damage to the organization. Internal communication is in our vision the careful tuning of internal with external and v.v. And, develop ‘body’ with enough support to be understood within the organization and to be accepted, also when it comes to new aspects of sustainability.
